For just $75.00 This gorgeous and I do mean gorgeous, Nippon Hand Painted creamer and covered sugar bowl set has the Maple Leaf back stamp. Authentic 1800s. The leaf stamp is 1/4" to prove it's authenticity. Deep rich colors in the floral design. Beaded gold moriage accent the rims. The gold lid finial on the sugar bowl is exquisite in form. Sugar Bowl Condition - The Lidded sugar Bowl is free from chips or cracks. It does show gold loss on the tops of handles where it would have been handled. Creamer Condition - Unfortunately, the creamer has a chip inside the rim of the spout. I show this in 2 pictures. I almost did not include the creamer in the listing as I hate chips! BUT, this is a special case and it deserves to go with it's mate. It will still display well in a cabinet. Price is adjusted for chip in creamer.
