We would love to have another Bookface Valentine this year, but with participation so low we're not sure it would be the same success it was last year.

I totally agree! The practicality is UNREAL. I wind up having to do a lot of reading in the dark at work, and e-readers are so much easier than using a flashlight or a book light!

That's true! And besides, who doesn't like to carry a small library with themselves and be able to choose freely what to read without having to carry lots of physical copies? I have lots of feeling about e-readers haha

It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas! (Because it is)

I was tagged by Lauren from beautifulbookborrower to list 7 things I love about Christmas and the holidays!

1) Christmas lights — I love seeing everyone’s house decorated with lights and blow-up Santas or penguins. A family down the street has a blow-up mummy holding a star haha

2) Holiday baking — even though I’m really had at baking apparently, I still love munching on all of the goodies!

3) Getting to see family — my dad’s side of the family is pretty estranged, so whoever that shows up to my paternal grandmother’s house for dinner is considered a blessing.

4) The Christmas shopping — I hate crowds, but I love buying thoughtful and quirky gifts for friends and family.

5) SWEATERS, SCARVES, BOOTS — I love fall/winter clothes.

6) Wrapping gifts — I’m not the best, but it’s still fun to get all crafty!

7) My birthday — I’m turning 22 O_O !
