Mystery Tag Team || Finn & Beckett
Lompico was usually the most crime ridden part of Pansaw, but when October hit, all that crime skyrocketed. Apparently the month of Halloween was the perfect time for local gangs to start their initiation process of new recruits. The downtown district would be full of muggings, stabbings, and gunfire as drug and criminal gangs would go to war at night in Lompico.
Clearly the police weren’t doing the best job at containing it, because here was Finn––or rather, Phantom––out in the street currently fighting off a small group of one of the gang’s members. They’d gone after a young woman, and once Finn had gotten her away from the threats, the gang members weren’t too happy about it and weren’t looking to be friends with him. That was how he got himself into this fight, with punches being thrown, blood, sweat, and the beginnings of bruises covering almost everyone’s flesh at this point, and the sounds of beatings, panting, yelling, and grunting echoing out through the street.
Honestly, it was the most exciting thing Finn had gotten himself into this week.
He teleported right in front of one of the surprised gang member’s faces, his feet already flying out and kicking him back with a sickening crunch. With little to no time to recover from that, Finn saw another out of his peripherals coming at him from the side, so he unleashed his wrist energy blade and plunged it right into the man’s abdomen in a non-lethal area. He was so caught up in the fight, he didn’t hear the sound of a gunshot from right behind him.
