Spring is just around the corner, and with that comes the start of Daylight Savings. While we’re all looking forward to the warmer weather, longer days, and sunshine, this time adjustment can wreak havoc on your internal clock. Here are some tips on how to maintain a healthy sleep schedule during this annual time change.

Stick to your usual sleep schedule

While we may be jumping forward an hour this upcoming weekend, that doesn’t mean that your sleep schedule needs to change. In fact, it’s more important than ever to wake up and go to bed at your normal times in order to maintain your body’s natural sleep patterns. Consider winding down several hours before bed by doing your nighttime skin routine early, engaging in easy bedtime yoga, and making some relaxing tea.
