The amount of people who mindlessly applaud Internet censorship and wide spread survivallence in name of protecting children is really concerning. Your government forcing you to give them your ID to use social media is not a good thing. Potential for abuse, for data and indentity theft are so fucking obvious.
I swear polish national news is 1/4 “the current govenrment is wise, enlightened and can do no wrong” propaganda, 1/4 “the opposition steals babies and eat kittens” nonsense, 1/4 “pushing the catholic stuff that doesn’t belong on national TV and displaces other actual important news” bullshit and like not even an 1/4 of real, important news.
Wow, each time Polish Minister of Education or one of his associated opens his mouth they somehow manage to say something worse than before.

We are really in this magical laminal space when most of the fans didn’t yet see the movie, but there are first legitimate reactions coming in, and of course general mess over wheather or not the leaks are true. A good number of reviews sound like after tlj, so I’m... worried.
edit: the minight premiere is in like two or three hours??? I think, so probably next morning there will be some more first reactions and maybe some more legitimate spoilers.

Elias literally RIPPING things from Daisy’s mind as a casual intimidation tactic.
Jon apparently HAVING NO FUCKING SURVIVAL INSTINCT and going to poke crazy pyromaniac cultist and the crazy pyromaniac cultist doesn’t kill him and goes like “by the way I can give you a contant to something even more crazy and willing to kill you, do you want it?” and Jon being like “yes please” AND THEN GOING TO POKE THE EVEN MORE DANGEROUS THING FOR ANSWERS AND ALMOST DYING BECAUSE OF COURSE.
Melanie now working for the Institutae. Tim and Martin both being like “but why? You will die horible death here.” and Melanie being like “Nah, I needed a job, this is a job”
Tim trying to literally fly to the OTHER SIDE of the earth to escape the Institute only to find out that nope resignations not accepted. And Elias just casually welcoming him with “Oh, nothing happened, just don’t do that again” (Is Elias being casually intimidating his thing? It’s his thing.)
Oh and Jon apparently has some “I can compell you to talk” power??? This really puts all these times he gathered confessions from people in person in a completly different light. Creepy, creepy light.

And then Basira SAVING Jon’s ass and talking Daisy down.
THIS ENTIRE EPISODE. SO MANY SECRETS COMING TO LIGHT. JON USING HIS POWER FOR THE FIRST TIME KNOWINGLY. ELIAS BEING LIKE “OH, I’M SO PROUD YOU ARE STARTING TO USE YOUR ABILITY TO MINDRAPE AND BRAINWASH PEOPLE” ELIAS CASUALLY ADMITING TO KILLING GERTRUDE AND LEITNER AND THEN TURNING AROUND AND BLACKMAILING DAISY AND BASIRA TO WORK FOR HIM. BASIRA APPARENTLY BEING THE ONLY PERSON DAIRY LOVE (I LOVE THESE TWO SO MUCH, PLATONIC ROMANTIC DOESN’T MATTER I LOVE THEIR RELATIONSHIP SO MUCH”). OH AND JON MAYBE NO LONGER BEING HUMAN, WHAT?????!!!!
That was a wild ride.
I love everthing about this season, through I must admit so far Elias is my favourite part of it. He is creepy evil bastard, who is always in control of the situation and so casually intimidating. Love that.
