With our Spring Class Series this year we have looked at trying our hand at some new and exciting classes that will broaden one’s skills. Stove Top Brewing by Heath Campbell from Grain & Grape focuses on simple techniques for the novice home brewer. In this class you will learn the essentials for basic Home Brewing, a way to start your beer making journey. Take home three recipes including Cream Ale, American Pale Ale and Stout, to start your repertoire. You will also take home a half doz beers and batch to finish at home. Lunch will also encompass recipes that use beer that you can try at home.
