Both Pete and I planned riding on the new UTC Trolley to La Jolla inspired by Hans and Lisa. The kicker was cocktailing once we got the ignoring all shopping expectations to people watch before we headed over to Lisa Ganem’s get together. It was an easy walk from La Pensione and Pete had already secured of prepaid trolley cards. Pete shared plenty of local lore and stories about San Diego as we moved north. It was a splendid ride. We exited at the end of the line in the Westfield UTC Mall. We settled in Eureka!’s patio over minor exposure concerns and to people watch. Beers and shots followed by beers and shots.
