Aspiring filmmaker needs help!
Hello everyone! I’m Greydon, I am a queer and trans man, and I am planning to make my first ever short film next summer! I am currently on the brainstorming part, and I would love some advice, but what I really need help is on a different part of it.
Im planning to make this a lesbian short film, and as a consumer and creator of art, and poetry, I want to make some references to queer art created by queer artists.
I believe that through art, literature, and culture we have been able to continue to carry on telling these LGBTQ+ stories. That’s why I want to make at least a few references to queer art whether that be through the cinematography, the scenes, and even in my characters names.
So please, send in photos and explanations of your own work or someone else’s.

If you don’t have anything that comes to mind I would love to know how you feel about queer stories in media, and what you love, hate, and want to see more of in the media.
