I need to do resistance training but I don't have access to a gym. I am a beginner and I cannot even do push ups (I do wall push ups, I am so very weak). Can you advise me on exercises I can do that use no equipment (bodyweight) for beginners? I need to build more muscle and strength 💪🏼

If those three are still too hard, don’t worry! You don’t have to do them perfectly!
If a routine asks for 3 sets of 10 pushups you can do as you’re doing and modify them or do less.
You don’t need to follow a routine exactly to reap the rewards. Just focus on doing what you can and pushing yourself gradually to gain more strength.
Use routines such as these ones as guides and as a way to learn different exercises, not as rules.
