As much as I'm ready to wrap this gen up and move onto Bridgeport, Twinbrook really is stunning.
Piper pulls up to the house juuuuust before curfew-- she wanted to stay late at work to take advantage of an employees-only guitar class her manager was offering.
If I'm remembering correctly, she's now a level 3 in guitar and a level 2 on the violin!
Another day, another emergency.
Astoria immediately sets up camp in the rocking chair-- Robb left before she could share the news.
Also: her face is definitely becoming my new blog icon.
It should be noted that while these two decided to take advantage of a quiet house, we got a notification that some bills were past due and the repo man was on his way.
I thought I knew who would be heir, but I have no idea tbqh (also: if Piper's top looks different it's because I was so excited to get everything up and running, I forgot to install patterns. I can't find that specific one anymore, anyway. But that's okay!)
And we're back! I've missed these chaotic pixels ♡. I'm shocked I managed to get photos of everyone before the kids trundled off to school, but I'm even MORE shocked that Piper put her empty plate in the dishwasher (we'll probably never see that again. I love her, but she's a slob).
Robb rushes through the door as dinner's wrapping up.
Maxima: Yum!
Lea: Ew, I can't believe you just deep-throated a dirty pipe right in the middle of the kitchen.
Carson: LEA!
Astoria: -snorts-.
Piper: Wooow.
Robb: What a terrible day to have ears. Lea, that's not okay. You need to apologize to Maxima. Now.
Lea: ...Sorry, Maxima. Sorry, everyone.
Maxima: I do not understand why your remark was problematic, child of Astoria called Lea. But I assume it was derogatory, and based on your age and intention, I accept your apology with the caveat that I do not wish it to happen again.
Robb: I would say that's fair.
Lea: Yeah, um, thanks. And you can just call me Lea.
Carson: If you want to refer to me as Dope Genius Slash Future Casanova--
Astoria: --You can just call him Carson, Maxima. Or Butthead.
Maxima: I will!
Lea: Anyway, Gloria, let's go hangout in the backyard.
Robb: ...Ah, the teenage years. Moving on: this pasta tastes amazing.
Astoria: I never get tired of you singing my praises, dear.
