As per my last post, on the topic of jobs I headcanon that TV!Cleo used to babysit resus since he was a todler. It's a fun twist on their dynamic, it deepens it I think. It's like, Luke just gets there, becomes their new friend and is like "so how long have you been friends for" and she's like "well I changed his diapers"
It also adds another air of tragedy to her. She used to be best friends with Bella, and then they just stopped hanging out together when she grew older. They'd still take a coffe now and then maybe, just to give an update on their lives. Cleo would be like "well I got some homework to do" meanwhile Bella talks about this pretender, who eventually becomes her boyfriend, then her husband, now she's pregnant and we can't hang out today but can you take care of baby resus for me?
And now she's seen him grow and grow, while she stays the same. They're already the same age, and go to the same class, and eventually he'll outgrow her. Maybe she'll have to take care of his child now. Oh well, at least now that he's a vampire, he'll stay a teen for a bit longer.
Maybe that's also why she never makes fun of him for his condition, and dissaproves of Luke when he does it. She's seen first and foremosts how personal that is to him, how much it affects his daily life, and maybe even was there when his parents realized he was not like them. She probably had to explain it to him for his parents, as he was probably too small for them to be able to explain it without hurting his feelings.
