Over the years we’ve had many customers (mostly from Colorado) ask us for green chile items.  We finally convinced Maridsa to do some of her Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas to try out.  These are smothered with a savory Green Chile sauce, cilantro cream sauce, lettuce, rice, your choice of our house (chicken flavored) rice, or our tomato based (vegan) rice as well as beans. You can get this in a Family Meal for $28.99 - comes with eight enchiladas and feeds 4-6 people.
