AFAB! Lucifer x reader
Warnings- kinda angsty
Summary- Lucifer comes out to his younger brothers and thinks they won't accept him.

"C'mon Luci this is important!"
You whined, Lucifer shakes his head.
"I can't do it MC!"
the two of you we're waiting in the living room for the other brothers for Lucifer to come out as AFAB and he's suddenly decided he doesn't want to.
"I've told you so many times, they won't hate you!" you state matter-of-factly. "You don't know that!" Lucifer cries. His normal demeanor absent due to nerves. You can see tears building in the poor demons eyes but shake your head. You love Lucifer to pieces but it's been so long sense he came out to you, your thought you would've been the last person to know!
Turns out you we're actually the first.
You sigh and pull Lucifer into a hug. "I love you to pieces Luci and I'd never do anything with intentions of you getting hurt you know." you speak softly in his ear.
Lucifer nods and cuddles into your chest. "Your brothers will be here soon, if you really don't want to do it then we need to come up with an excuse fast" you say, checking the time on your phone. Lucifer shakes his head. "No, I have to do this" you smile at him and hug him again.
"You don't even understand how proud I am of you for doing this"
Just as you say that, Asmo, Beel, and Belphie come through the door. You and Lucifer push apart quickly and wait for them to see you.
"Mc! Lucifer! Hi!" Beel shouts from across the room. Lucifer nods and you wave them over. Mammon, Satan, and Levi walk in and walk over to you as well.
Satan and Beel both glance at Lucifer, being the only two to notice the eldest brothers nervous expression.
"Lucifer has something he wants to say" you tell the brothers.
This 'causes a shockwave of confusion. Sense when did Lucifer need help telling them stuff? He's normally so steady and has no problems with anything of this matter.
They all look at Lucifer, visibly confused. They form a somewhat semi-circle around you and Luci.
"Something wrong Luci?" Beel asks, you smile at the concerned ginger.
Lucifer Mumbles something none of you can quite make out.
"What's up with you?" Mammon asks and Satan rolls his eyes. Lucifer stares down at the floor. Beel is the first to comfort him.
"If some things wrong Luci you know you can tell us, we're your brothers after all." Lucifer glances at his brother and softly smiles.
Building up courage Lucifer finally states. "I'm AFAB.."
Silence.
Until a soft hitch is heard from Lucifer's right.
"AFAB..."
Satan..
The avatar of wrath seems to be the only brother to understand.
"What's AFAB?" Asmo questions, Beel and Belphie nod in agreement. Mammon and Levi wear matching confused expressions.
"I-its nothing" Lucifer mutters, and he quickly walks out of the room. "Lucifer!" you call after him. "I'll brb, Satan can you explain?" Satan nods, still in shock at this new information.
"Satan?" Mammon asks. Satan feels five pairs of eyes staring at him in confusion.
"AFAB means 'assigned female at birth'..." he manages to choke out. "In other words, Lucifer is trans.."
Silence fills the room.

Lucifer locks the door to his room as teats stream down his face. Why did he think this was a good idea. His brothers don't even know what AFAB is and as soon as they Satan tells them they're all gonna hate him!
He wished he could've been born someone else, anyone else.
Instead he was born with the stupid body he was assigned.
He choked on a sob, why couldn't he just be perfect..
Why couldn't he have what his brothers had..
They all had the perfect bodies that fit them so well and he..
He was stuck with the body that would never be correct..
No matter how hard he tried, his body was wrong!
His breathe hitched as someone knocked on the door.
"Luci.."
No..
Go away..
I wanna be alone..
Lucifer's thoughts invaded his mind blocking everything out.
He was abruptly brought back to reality by a lock clicking. Of course mc had found Diavolo...
The only other person who knew and accepted him...
He his under his covers as the demon lord and mc walked in.
"Luci.."
Lucifer choked on a sob and faced the wall. He felt someone sit behind him on the bed and rub his back.
"What happened" Diavolo asked in a hushed tone.
"Lucifer came out to his brothers, Satan is the only one who knows what AFAB is and now Luci is convinced when he tells the others their all gonna hate him.." you explain.
Diavolo sighs and sits next to you on the edge of Lucifer's bed. "Can you sit up Luci.." he speaks softly. Lucifer shakily sits up and hugs his knees to his chest.
You pull Lucifer into a tight hug and kiss the top of his head. "I'm sure your brothers will accept you Luci"
as if right on cue, someone knocks on the door. Diavolo walks over and opens it.
For his position on the bed he can't see who's at the door but he can hear the seven voices of the demon lord and his younger brothers.
He silently hides under the blankets and cuddles you. His arms wrapped around your waist. You play with his hair as you wait for Dia to let the others in.
About 10 minutes later everyone is settled in the room.
Satan is first to speak.
"Lucifer.." he mumbles, the ravenette demon shifts under the covers.
Asmo is next to speak.
"We wanted to thank you.." he says softly "for.. Telling us.."
Lucifer shifts again and pulls himself up from under the covers. "You don't... Hate me?" he asks.
Six shocked stairs meet his gaze.
"Why would we hate you?!" Beel and Belphie exclaim in alarm.
"Because I'm not a 'real' guy.." Lucifer mutters.
You and Diavolo move out of the way as six demons tackle their eldest brother.
"Your our brother, we would never hate you!!" Asmo cries, clinging to the ravenette.
Lucifer can't help but smile at his brothers and doesn't even try to hold back his tears. The brothers haven't had a moment like this in... Years..
None of them could remember the last time they were like this, except him.
He remembers every moment hes spent with his little brothers...
Some small..
Some big..
And all unforgettable...
