I had a certain Mr Marcus Rashford in mind 🤤

You drove with no destination in mind, listening to music while driving was the equivalent to therapy for you. And it clicked, you loved him. The past few months you had with him was the happiest you’ve ever been. It took for that small argument for that to happen.

Although you both argued to your friends that you were just friends, but you hadn’t yet discussed that together despite very clearly not acting like friends when alone. You find yourself turning around, driving in the direction of his house.

You park the car, stepping out before closing the door and locking it. You had one thing on your mind and that was him. You knock the door, waiting barely a minute before he stands in front of you. A slight confused expression forms on his features, like he doesn’t quite know what to say. He wasn’t expecting you that’s for sure.

You push yourself past him, getting yourself out of the cold air. Once he’s closed the door he turns to face you. You don’t even give him a chance to speak, before your on your tip toes pulling his face to yours.

Your lips connect, and the feeling of realise hits like a ton of bricks when he begins to kiss you back. You run your fingers through the back of his hair, his hands pulling on your waist as he pulls you closer.

When the need for air becomes too much you both pull back, a smile forming onto his face. His lips part as if he’s going to say something then close again. You too, not having a clue what else to say.

You start to look down, as you realise the possible awkwardness that is creeping up on the both of you. Your head is forced up, and your now looking in those beautiful eyes of his, until he closed the gap between your lips again. Instantly your kissing him back, smiling into the kiss.

“I think I’m in love with you.” You breathe, he instantly shoots you a even larger smile.

“You think? I am in love with you” He laughed ever so slightly, pressing his lips against yours before parting. Your noses touch slightly as your foreheads are pressed against each other.
