Tonight's benching was great! I have only hit 315 once in the gym months ago and today I hit it for a double and then another single after! So September 22nd I competed in my first Powerlifting meet. I realized I really love doing this and I really enjoyed competing. I was very proud of myself and My team at @jakkedgym I went 9 for 9 and made all my lifts, 396 squat, 308 bench, 451 deadlift.
