Decided to treat myself to a little doodle of Bella and Richard. I can't believe I haven't drawn these two together before, but oh it's so good. She is so tiny next to him, it's great. XD This isn't quite what they look like at the current state of Richard the Keeper: The Studies of 214, since Bella does not have as many sheep features just yet, but ooooh boy, I love her sheep features. How I draw her has changed a lot over the years and I'm living for it. One day I will figure out how to draw keepers, they are so detailed and their arms are very aaahhhh.

Another AF attack <3 this time on a very cool take on the idea of a Keeper Queen by @mysterydragon14! I love it a lot, it feels very GLaDOS inspired and that's just a great recipe for a villain any day. Plus the design is awesome! I just had to do a full on background to do this character justice!

So writing a fic about a Keeper got me falling in love with them a little more than I thought I would, and then I got the urge to draw them. This is Richard (he/they)! He is an unethical scientist that's very pragmatic and logical (and occasionally a touch naive). He's very invested in research and exploration, and he takes his goal of creating a perfect world and understanding the ink very seriously. They also cannot wear a lab coat correctly to save their life. Having never drawn something monstery before, I'm quite pleased with myself (which leaves me wondering if maybe I can work up to a Norman over time). I love it when people use Norman's lens as an emotive eye, so I'm doing much the same with Richard, it's SO FUN to draw!
