blue-forty eight: Benjamin Finger
Ben's first release for us - Amorosa Sensitiva, for our x-ray vinyl series - was a much-loved album that seemed to sample every mood and music imaginable.
However, I might even prefer his contribution to the tape series proper.
blue forty-eight is a delicious roil of abstract textures from which shards of melodies and female vocals emerge.
This is music that sounds like it's knitted into the ozone.
Still available on both tape and CD. CDs are making a comeback, don't you know?
