Here's something I've been thinking about for a while.

All Might

• Both Deku and Bakugou die from the Sludge Villain. This is because All Might wasn't spurred into action by Deku and let the other Heroes already on scene handle the attack.

• He later saw on the news that the hostage child had died, and that before the attack, the Slime Villain also used another persons childs body to get to the location (hoping to hijack someone else).

Deku

• All Might wasn't there to save Deku, he was saving someone else or simply wasn't in the area.

• The Sludge Villain took over Dekus body, hoping that he had a powerful quirk to use so he could commit more crime, but turns out he didn't have one.

• Instead of leaving Dekus body under the bridge, he used it to find some other poor souls to use for his benefit, unfortunately stumbling upon Bakugou and his followers.

• He saw and heard that Bakugou had a powerful quirk.

• He attacked him.

• He was now partially out of Dekus body, only having half of his face and arms out so he could get the other kid for his powerful quirk.

• Now being further into the alleyway, he left Dekus body, dumping it to the side, now pale and unmoving.

Bakugou

• When Deku approached him in the alley, and the first thing he noticed was how pale he looked. But the second thing was his eyes.

• They looked blank. Emotionless. Dead.

• The third thing was that he wasn't talking. No muttering, not a sound. He barely looked like he was breathing. Was he breathing?

• But the next thing he knew, he was getting attacked. By Deku

• Bakugou didn't know what was going on, whatever this thing that was attacking him, all he knew is that it wasn't Deku. Why did Deku have to be so weak

• Seeing the villian monsterfreakmurderer dump Dekus body on the side like he was nothing beyond angered him. That shitty nerd better not be dead! 

• But he had a fight to survive first.
