This is Berkie, a parasite taking control of a human host (you don’t want to find out how he took control). He’s a total jerk to bullies and eats knives for fun. Berkie can’t feel pain, though he still bleeds, but he will be a human(?) shield if danger comes between him and someone innocent. Also he eats mashed potatoes with ketchup.
