“Only one of ‘em makes sense.”
“A shot of whatever’s strongest,” Zalo sighed before placing a few credits on the counter for Gil. “Sorry if I’m not as feminine as you like, big guy. But I have my charm.”

“Yeah, and I can see the wiring poking out through the blood,” he snapped, flicking the blood off of his blade. It was really just gross and Zalo wasn’t sure if it was worth it to keep fighting the crime lord. “It isn’t a lightsaber. It’s gonna bleed out before you actually land a hit.”
Maul knew he was breathing heavily at the moment and fighting when bleeding was a bad idea, but Zabraks in general was known for their pain tolerance..... and down right stubborness. Activating one of his lightsabers two blades, Maul knew this was going to be the kind of pain that made you see stars. “You have a lot to learn.” He pointed out before applaying the glowing blade to the bleeding wound and force did that hurt. A burn was easier to nurse back to health than this but it hurt worse than most other things.

Zalo had tried to not let himself get too distracted, but sometimes a good hard drink could be enjoyed, even when he had ulterior motives for letting his services be contracted by an Imperial squadron. Especially one that could lead him to his target. But maybe vengeance and restored honor could wait. It’s waited this long.
“Tihaar. Good for degreasing an engine,” he said in a deadpan voice, putting his helmet back on to free a second hand. It wasn’t quite clear if Zalo was serious or not, but he didn’t linger too much on the comment. “It’s a classic Mandalorian drink. Not something most can stomach, but you.... Yeah, you drank too much too fast.”
As they continued making their way down the road to where the stormtroopers were being quartered, he started to get the impression that Niner might actually be drunk enough to let some information slip....
“So who were the Jedi you served under?” he asked a bit too quickly. Oritsir, maybe I’ve had a few many too drinks...
"Remind me to never look at a drink of tihaar again,” the clone shook his head.
Niner blinked in response to Zalo’s question. Normally, Niner was very private about his life before the Empire. It felt like a different life in a very different time. Now, however, alcohol coated his mind and coaxed him to speak. “Pfft,” he spat. “What?” The commando stumbled again and caught himself on a wall. He giggled to himself. “That’s not classified information. You can find that in the archives,” he laughed and shook his head. “His name was General Zey. A bit of a stick in the mud if you ask me.”
Valentine's Day meme
Name: Zalo Jet Age: (Depends on timeline but let’s say…) About 23. Do you like to cuddle?: Yeah it’s nice. Can we make-out?: You can nibble, but I prefer my tongue in-tact, thank you very much. A night in or dinner out?: With you? A night in, no question. Ice cream or chocolate covered strawberries?: Strawberries. What makes you a good Valentine?: I’ve got the experience with you to give you what you need. Would you cook for me?: If you prefer substance over fancy, sure. Would you let me cook for you?: Sure. How bad could it be?
[ @beskar-himbo ] Ziv hasty bit the inside of her cheek to not start laughing: “Well, I am pretty sure considering the parts of you I would nibble on your tounge would be the least of your kriffing worries.”
“ I was about to ask why you wouldn´t have a night out with me, but then I read the sentences ’ I’ve got the experience with you to give you what you need. ‘ and suddenly knew why.”, Ziv tilted her head to the side, smiling so slyly her smile looked more like a baring of teeth: “Kriff, I have watched kriffing holoporns with better dialogue, really!” The young woman crossed her arms before her chest and challenging leaned her head to the side with her ears never stopping to flick, flick, flick attentive for every litte noise around her. Zivs voice was nothing but the sweetest purr and the utterly amused laughter behind it was barely hearable: “So, Mister I-have-expierence, tell me as you seem to know so much about me, what is it what I kriffing need, hm?”
“Are you wearing the--”
“Chanel boots? Yes I am.”
SMOOCH THE BOY

57. A keldabe kiss
Well, this is a surprise. Not a bad one - just a surprise. He closes his eyes, remaining silent until he no longer feels cold beskar against his skin, then chuckles.
“I never took you for the sentimental type,” he says with a tilt of his head. Then his expression shifts to something more genuine, something warmer.
“Fight well, Mandalorian. And when we both return, why don’t we go for drinks?”
“Whoever takes down the fewest Storm Troopers is paying.”

“What do you mean it isn’t how you do it?!” Zalo snapped back, the lightsaber humming in his hand as he held it carefully before him.
He had asked to practice with her lightsaber, curious to try out such a unique weapon. He had gotten the hang of basic movements from his overarching weapon expertise, however something about this particular weapon... it wasn’t moving the way he expected a sword would. Or how a sword should.
“It’s- the weight doesn’t feel... right,” he complained with a grumble. The yellow blade didn’t feel like, well, a blade. It was more like something intangible, as weird as it sounded in his mind. “It’s too light, and then when I compensate it gets heavier. Haar’chak, how do you Jedi do it?”
Vi laughed, watching Zalo clumsily swing the lightsaber in the air. “With a lot of practice,” she chuckled. She pushed herself off the wall and held her hand out for the saber. Her pink fingers curled around the hilt and yellow light illuminated her face as she activated the blade.
“I know how you feel,” she said, swinging the blade gracefully. “I had to learn how to use it with my left hand. The prosthetic arm isn’t as versatile as my old arm used to be.” She paused with the blade in front of her face and slid her feet into position. “You need to use your entire body to use it. You don’t just fight with a lightsaber, you dance with it.”
She parried an imaginary attack, then struck the air. “A lot of the movement comes from your feet.”
She deactivated the saber and handed it back to Zalo. “Try again. You need to get to know the weapon.”
