For this wet critter Wednesday I’d like to introduce my newest son: Kurokin! 黒金

I accidentally gave him the perfect environment to camouflage in lol

And this is my first (almost) 100% natural scape! There’s one fake plant from his bucket that I got so he could hide while I was finishing up, and the little terracotta pot

But otherwise it’s all sand, plants, wood, and rocks! Exciting to have adult money for stuff

And those glow in the dark pingpong balls but those go in every tank I have ever had so that doesn’t count

The flow was a little too much in Rafa's new tank, so I removed the nozzle, and it's much better! Now he is happily swimming around and enjoying his new home~

He has even figured out a few new favourite spots to rest!

He likes to hang out in the vallisneria! I hope he will like it even more once it has grown out!

He also likes the spot between the cryptocoryne and the rock.
