Decided to do a mix of the KonMari method, the book part anyways. Figured it would be a good why to make 2019 better or at least make myself feel proud at doing something.
So I cleaned off my bookcase and filled a banana/paper towel box with some books that I haven’t read at all in 5yrs, disliked or/and when reading a random middle chapter couldn’t get into it. It didn’t open up a shelf or even a half a shelf but my shelves don’t have mixed up piles thrown about. They look organized anyways XD
I plan to do the same to our movie/tv show collection. (I would do that to my game collection but I kinda did that already last year in a way). I think I did a good job de-cluttering my clothes but I won’t truly know until summer comes around and I can de-clutter our basement without freezing.
When I get the box done (unless I have to do a second box) I’m donating it to our local library. Kinda don’t trust Goodwill anymore or at least our local one plus if our library doesn’t keep them they’ll use them in their sales so either way it helps the library.
