I don’t take MASSES of supplements but the ones I do I love and I truly believe they make a difference. I was asked a lot about supplementation when I was poorly- mainly because what they actually wanted to know is if I was taking anything illegal or not quite natural... anyway these ones I take daily- liver cleanse after alkalising salts first thing in the morning, greens late morning. I have found they really encourage me to drink water too and I used filtered water from our Franke filter/hot tap. I take vitamin C if I’m feeling like I could get a cold- even a sniff and it’s 3000mg straight down the hatch At night time I drink Nitric Oxide generator and then have two magnesium tablets before I go to bed. The nitric really quashes any sweet cravings and helps me sleep better alongside the magnesium When I’m working out hard I take fish oils. These are SOOOOO important- arguably the most important of the lot. 3-6 a day to reduce inflammation and get that omega balance right. I would recommend you don’t be fooled by cheap or bargain deal fish oils, they are often rancid.
