Tonight’s drink-of-choice is 2.5oz of gunpowder green tea gin, 1oz of aperol, juice and peel of half a lemon, a couple of raspberries, ~.5ishoz of simple syrup, ~3 dashes of orange bitters, and tonic water.

French press coffee this morning with a bit of sugar

3 strawberries, ~0.5-1 tsp sugar, 4 mint leaves, 3oz gin, and ~some club soda or citrusy fizz water to top

Mash the berries and torn mint with sugar, add gin + strain the berry guts if you want, then top with fizz water.

This would also fuck with basil leaves instead of mint- going to try that later this week.
