So I’m not really sure how long this ask has been chilllin in mt inbox, sorry about that! Here it is though… (holy, you’re really going for the feels here!)

2. Talk about your first kiss

Well, being a bisexual, I’ll talk about my first hetero and homo kiss. My first kiss was a homo kiss. It was some time before grade 3, my older friend and I were talking about kissing and I asked what french kissing was and she explained it to me and I was all “like this…” and kissed her and then we made out (I was a smooth operator even back then). My first hetero kiss was when I was 14 I think. My friend was constantly hitting on me over text and this one time (don’t try this at home) I told him I was home alone so he came over. It was really awkward at first but then all of a sudden he kissed me. We started making out but I felt really uncomfortable. He started exploring and I was reeally not ok with it but I didn’t know how to say no. Unfortunately it went much farther than I was ok with until I made some excuse and he went home. It was a very bad memory for a long time and added to my intimacy issues but now we are bros  so it’s all good in the hood.

3. Talk about the person you’ve had the most intense romantic feelings for

Wow, the questions are real. Ok. Let’s get all mushy. So three years ago I met a boy named Tristan. He was super attractive, stylish, funny, a little mean, and a pretty aloof. And I was like “yes, but are you also nice too?..” Later on in the party, I stepped on a skewer and it went deep in my foot. He scooped me up, removed the skewer and then washed the blood off my foot in the bathroom while everyone else kept partying. From that moment, I looked at him and thought “I really like you, we could be very good together.” One year later he realized hey, Lydia’s the bomb diggity! And we’ve been together ever since. I would die for him, but more importantly, I’d survive anything for him. I think that’s pretty intense.

37. Talk about someone you thought you were in love with

Um, you know what… I am not comfortable with answering this really but I’ll do my best… Pretty much this person, whom I believe to be a predator, groomed and manipulated me and a few others into a horrific, codependent, traumatic relationship. This person did not love me, and hat I felt was an unnatural, false love. Any way..

40. Talk about the end of something in your life

So, piggy backing on the previous number, I was convinced that loving someone meant loving them no matter what and being there for them through anything and looking after them no matter how badly they treated you. So when I started dating my ex boyfriend I let myself be abused and mistreated and I continued to love and support him because that was my understanding of how love works. But as things got worse, my emotional stamina began to run out. He started cheating on me, and then he crossed the line with me in the bedroom. That was my final straw and I broke up with him. With the end of that relationship was the end of that understanding of love. And thank fucking god.
