Congratulations! Due to all your hard work, the three children have been found safe and sound. They told police they had no idea what took them,but that it was was “big” and “scary”. While the search for the kidnapper has put up no leads, there are plenty of questions. Who took them? And what about their mysterious rescuers?

The event is now over, you can go back to regular roleplaying! Thank you for participating!

WHILE THE OTHERS HAD MADE IT known they did not want victoria wandering off on their own, the tribrid had centuries of habits that were long before their lovers and it wasn’t as simple as that for them. decades of that time were spent in the darkest part of themself and victoria was determined to right those wrongs and saving these children meant that they could count one more good deed to try and weigh out the bad. 

WHILE MOST OF THE TOWN HAD been at the picnic area and the surrounding woods, the tribrid had taken the opportunity to slip into the school unnoticed. while getting into the homes of the children may have proved more rewarding, vic knew that they had to have something here belonging to them. one small object no one would notice missing for a spell. one object each. with no mortals around, they hadn’t bothered with a cloaking spell- but the approach of footsteps made them defensive. 

THE FOOTSTEPS SOUNDED CLOSE AND THE tribrid stopped just around the corner at the ready just in case. but the smell of the other gave it away. victoria had gifted that particular scent to them last christmas. “don’t you know not to sneak up on me at this point?” turning the corner, they huffed at the sight of the other.

It’s officially Friday so our icebreaker event starts now! You can approach the search and rescue  any way that you like from self-paras to multi-player threads but this is all about working together as a unit to build connections between characters and strengthen the fam as a whole.

MAKE THE CHOICE: AN ICEBREAKER EVENT

“ Good evening this is Janine Marshall with Hades News! I’m coming to live from the Hades Town Nature Preserve where three young students were reported missing nearly 72 hours ago.

     Ben Daniels who is six, Erin Jeffries who is five,and Katie Brown who is also  five, were on a school trip at the preserve Monday morning and were last seen at the picnic by their teacher that afternoon. Police and volunteers have been searching the woods and  have yet to find anything in this vast forest with rather dangerous terrain and several sightings of mountain lions.

      Anyone who can help pass out flyers or join the search can contact the sheriff’s department as soon as possible.  I will be here covering every moment of this search for these poor lost children and sincerely hope this story has a happy ending.  This is Janine Marshall for Hades News,signing off.”

Part of being human is helping others when they need help so what will our little family do? 

 Will they pretend to be human, maybe pass out a flyer or two but no more to avoid any suspicion?

Or will they use their monstrous gifts to do what these humans can’t to save the day and risk exposure in a town that has yet to fully warm up to them yet?

                                     It’s time to make a choice.

Hi fam! I thought a nice icebreaker event would be for our amazing characters to get involved in some town drama and work together to find and rescue some lost kids. 

 Just to give everyone another day to relax into our characters, the event ( the actual search and rescue in the woods)  will start on Friday and end sometime Monday or Tuesday,depending on interest. The tag is bh:event, please make sure to tag all pre-event and event starters with it! I hope this is something everyone is interested in and can get those creative juices flowing!
