Women in Mahabharata - Bhanu

She is a daughter of Satyabhama and Krishna. Not much else is known about her. Her brothers are Bhanu [yes, same name], Bheemaratha, Kshupa, Rohita, Deeptimana, Tamrajaksha and Jalantaka. Her sisters are Bheemarika, Tamrapaksha and Jalandhama.

Update: I spent the last week guilt-free obsessing over video games and it's been so great I'm gonna do it for another week before getting back to comics and other obligatory art. Also it's been a hot second since I did any detailed art, so here's a WIP of my new favorite baby.

The short version: Bhanu/Bhanuprakash is a Guild Wars 2 Sylvari Guardian/glowing plant person/salad whose Dream/Nightmare was mostly about the elder dragons. So basically he's a knight who, through extremely vivid dreams, met the entire Lovecraftian pantheon face to face. This has not been great for his mental health, and when he woke up he ripped out his own throat because he thought one of the elder dragons was speaking through him. He got better, but he's still mute, paranoid, and hallucinates, among other things. People also think he's delusional since he believes an unknown elder dragon telepathically speaks to some sylvari, but that dragon turns out to be Mordremoth and the sylvari turned out to be Scarlet & Aerin & everybody at the beginning of HoT, so he's right about that at least.

This is all because the devs said they're going in a more Lovecraftian horror direction for Icebrood Saga and I don't think I have to tell any of you HOW MUCH I'M HERE FOR THAT and I wanted a new character who fits both Lovecraft and high fantasy vibes.

Women in Mahabharata - Bhanumati Yadavi

She is the daughter of a Yadava cousin named Bhanu.

When she was a child, Durvasa cursed her to be kidnapped, and only backed off once Narada argued on her behalf.

Later, during a Yadava party, she is kidnapped by Nikumbha, a brother of Vajranabha, and the king of Shatapuri, leading to Krishna, Arjuna and Pradyumna engaging in a fierce fight to rescue her.

After they are successful, Krishna and Bhanu summon Sahadeva to Dwarka and get her married to him.

People have got to find the balance between not playing (Bhanu) and taking out allies pre-merge because they MIGHT be hard to beat in the end (Tevin)
