There is a difference

There is a difference, between hearing and listening. People usually hear but they never listen. They hear with their ears, but they never listen with their hearts.

There is a difference, between looking and seeing. When you look, you look at the outer layer of the person. And most people dont pass that zone to see what’s inside.

When you see, it’s like staring into the person’s soul. Their mind, hearts, strengths, weaknesses, wounds, scars, shattered pieces.

You make me nervous. My stomach feels like there are knots and they are being pulled in all sides, tightening, making it hard for me to breathe. But it’s a good one.

The mere thought of you, sends chills down my spine. When i say your name out loud, i stab my own heart. Because i make myself miss you.

When you smile or laugh, i wish it was me who had made you happy.

Today

I thought of you and your adventures with your friends by your side. You make it look easy to befriend you, but your past made it impossible for you to trust the general public. Hence, its harder for me to get close to you.

And i want to know the real u. And i want to tell u that i am infatuated by you and your life. It’s fucking crazy because we dont know each other and we never communicate.

I hate not being able to call out your name and just say hi all the time. Because i did, a few times, but you just glanced.

Maybe my dreams would come true and you’ll answer me. But maybe its just meant to be a dream. Just a dream.
