I said I would use not so well-known characters, and here's one of them!
Meet Bido!
He's a cute potatoe, but he hides his emotions so that Shockwave will feel proud of him and have the approval he wants from his dad creator.
He was present when Shockwave was disconnected in his lab, so he WAS also disconnected. The autobots believed that it was a decepticon weapon (which in itself, it is), so they took him without knowing that he was alive.
Bido: Shockwave is so cool, I wish I could be like him
(Shockwave dosen't care about him)
He's trying to mimic Shockwave /oh no/
I'll dig deeper into his lore when I have more drawings ready. That child with parental attention problems doesn't draw himself
