Our offense is like the Pythagorean Theorem. There is no answer. There is no answer to the Pythagorean theorem. Well, there is an answer, but by the time you figure it out, I got 40 points, 10 rebounds and then we’re planning for the parade.

Shaq's Retirement
So as of today June 1st, 2011 Shaquille O'Neal has announced his retirement from the game of basketball. I am a Celtics fan that hates the Lakers but the only time I actually rooted for the Lakers was during the O'Neal era (and Kobe Pre-Madonna era) because of how much I admired Shaq's game. Then I realized how charismatic of an individual he is which made me an even greater fan of his. Shaq is a true ambassador to the game of basketball and is ranked third on my list of best all time centers behind the great Bill Russell and then Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. One of the most dominant players to ever play the game, it was truly an honor to watch his exhibition on the offensive and defensive end. He was so massive yet he was a quick player and was virtually "unguardable". Once Shaq backed you down it was over, he scored over double teams and just intimidated all of his opponents with his ability to block shots. I am so glad that I grew up during his era to watch him along with greats such as Jordan of course, Kobe, Garnett, Stockton Payton, Malone etc. the list goes on. One of the lasts of the truly great players in the game and something we forget is that we will never see a player like he was ever again at his size with his strength, agility, and quickness. I have truly enjoyed watching him and will miss seeing him on the court.
