I think flora being bigender would really really confuse her. First he would be mistaken for a boy and thinks about it a lot then sees himself in a mirror with his hair up and wearing baggy pajamas and has a major crisis (pls tell me other ppl had this experience lmao) I also think she and Layton have unfortunately very poor communication so he wouldn’t tell her about his gender so she would think she’s weird and alone. I think Flora would eventually feel so alone and out of touch with himself that he would disguise himself as a boy to run away, and it brings him both immense joy to be perceived as a boy and immense pain to run away from Layton and everyone. Anyways I want them to have a tearful reunion and honest heart to heart abt things bc I said so

I actually couldn’t decide which one to do so I ended up doing both!

How I see bigender flora discovering himself is through Layton’s spare hat! He takes a bit of a moment to process that he wants to be a gentleman much like the professor.

So Chester and Clive actually met at a cafe, Clive had fliers around London looking for people to interview. Specifically people that were affected by the explosion. Chester was one of the people to lose their family to it, unlike Clive however, they never got adopted… but through their first meeting, both Clive and Chester would discover how much they had in common.
