Bigod 20 "Bog Soup", promotional can for their single The Bog, 1990.
According to the eBay listing, the can weighs 13 ounces and seems to contain something solid. The ingredients list in the second image reads:
"mud, chopped DAT recording tape, ground beagle snout, moss, squid tentacles, diced floppy disk, toe jam, acid raindrops, algae, various toxic waste products & industrial sludge, slivers of MIDI cable, duck-grade ammo (shot size #4), ground sloth teeth, unblemished frog skin, nitro-glycerine, a dozen hot hardboiled eggs, desecrated daisy petals, concentrated slug innards, suburban sewage, one whole decapitated wolverine —and artificial coloring to enhance product appeal and appearance."
Just add swampwater!
