Good morning

After my last weigh in, Friday I let myself have a treat weekend, I never call them “CHEAT” meals, or “CHEAT” weekends. Cause this is not a diet, this is a life style for me. I also allowed my self to eat wheat, which reminded me that I was allergic to Grains, Not a huge reaction, but puts me in a lot of pain. But heck have to go for really pizza and doughnuts every once in a while.

So back to normal eating for me now and since I only get on the scale every 2 weeks I won’t even notice a difference. 

Just remember, don’t be to hard on yourself, and don’t expect instant results, like I did, They do come. once you figure out what works for you. if you ever need guidance message me.
