Interpretation on 777′s kids as a lil older! From left to right: Meeshay, Bihun, and Rabokki. Two girls and one boy! Meeshay is the smallest of the trio, so Bihun and Rabokki take it upon themselves to protect her. Meeshay is very shy, Bihun is the big sister, protective one, and Rabokki has class.

They probably don’t like Zim very much either.

🍲 Bihun Goreng Jamur Kuping🍲

🥕 Bahan :

90 gram bihun jagung

3 buah jamur kuping iris

1 buah wortel iris tipis memanjang

5 lembar daun sawi hijau

2 buah cabe hijau besar (boleh lebih jika suka pedas) iris serong

5 siung bawang putih iris tipis

6 butir bawang merah iris tipis

1 1/2 sdm kecap manis

1/2 sdt lada bubuk

1 sdt garam

secukupnya kaldu bubuk

air secukupnya

minyak goreng secukupnya

🍲 Cara membuat :

Rendam bihun dengan air panas sekitar 10 menit atau sebelum bihun jadi lembek, tiriskan

Masukkan 1 1/2 sdm kecap manis ke bihun yang sudah ditiriskan, campur hingga rata

Rendam jamur kuping dengan air panas sekitar 10 menit, tiriskan lalu potong kecil-kecil

Tumis bawang putih, bawang merah, cabai sampai harum

Masukkan wortel dan jamur kuping, tumis sampai layu

Masukkan sawi hijau, tumis sampai layu

Masukkan bihun dan tambahkan sedikit air

Masukkan garam, lada, kaldu bubuk, tumis hingga merata

Tumis sampai air dan semua bumbu meresap

Bihun dorokdok - rice vermicelli and deep fried cow skin.

#2584: MyKuali Penang White Curry Rice Vermicelli Soup - Malaysia

Finished (click to enlarge). Added spring onion, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, fishball and tofu puff. The vermicelli came out just right - good hydration in the time specified. As usual, I did a couple of cross cuts with a pair of kitchen scissors to make them more manageable with a fork. The broth is thick and luxuriant. It's very dark and has a strong garlic overtone. When I first tried their white curry in 2013, it was much different. It definitely had less garlic and although I love garlic, it kind of gives everything a kind of monotone hit which really bums me out. Howver, there's a lot to it and it's as rich as can be. It's still one of my favorite flavors though. The included garnish hydrated well - chives and chilli. 4.75 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 9555655005333.

#2430: MeeKuali Bihun Sup Rempah Perisa Daging - Malaysia

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, beef, and star anise. The vermicelli came out really good. This and cooked nicely. I made a couple of cross cuts with a pair of kitchen scissors to make the vermicelli more manageable. The broth is great . It's got a great beef flavor and definitely full of spices. Moreover, it has the thickness I like. The shallots pull it together well - crisp and tasty. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 9555655005609.
