She’s kind of forgotten what it’s like not to be able to fly! Over time it’s become such a natural part of her movement that it’s a little confusing not to be able to anymore. Like... not being able to run anymore? Anyways, it looks like she’s going to have to just walk with her own two feet like anyone else!
The fact that she can’t fly anymore is making her want to test what else she can’t do. No teleportation, already covered that. What about...? Jeez, she hasn’t done that in forever! But hey, it’s worth a try.
Okay, Jade, just breathe! It’s like riding a bike, isn’t it? Just... take a deep breath, really focus on the inside wall of the café you’re standing in, tune out the bustle of the café, aaand... Go!
One, two, three, four steps and she’s stepping through the wall and out onto the sidewalk. And she’s coming to a halt right in front of a woman outside of the cute little building, almost running into her. When she’s tangible again, she’s beaming, incredibly pleased with herself.
“Oh-- Hi! Sorry about that.” When she notices that she’s ended up almost in the woman’s personal space, she’s a little embarrassed. A couple steps back and she smiles at her. “If you’re thinking about going in there, the lemonade is really good,” she says helpfully.
