News today, it is like the Four Seasons the Ritz-Carlton Dove, so my goal was never to build a senior community for an 80 year old purse, my goal was to build a, community, 50 year old person walk in and go, i want to live here can I live for this is phenomenal that’s why I said, so you know if we blow the 6250 year old daughter away, and they come and they go, i thought I would live here and we know we’ve got the customer so, in so much, it isn’t any business, people have the stigma of this view or the spur, perception what does business will be, i think you’re going to be a leader you have to, shatter that that for supper, and then that’s what we’ve done, you’re always looking for the tip of the, aspira the top of the market you know, I don’t want I don’t walk in the shadow dullness in my light goes out, well I don’t want to be average, and so you know if I’m going to be involved in a business, passionate about it is it, it’s exceptional, the service is a special, exceptional Staffing, exceptional, deBrands exceptional architecture, exceptional, you know they hand out an award every year, for senior housing, the best senior housing community, and in the United States, no one’s ever wanted, twice in a row we won it three years in a row, and so, i think, i think when you start out thinking, i just want to be the best there is, and you’re passionate about that, and you get your staff to follow, you know good things happen, there’s so many forces out there that want you, fail, and in a week, well, you know they could be competitors they could be, You know, that the legal system they could be, in a city government they could be state government, could be, you know even some of your own staff Goodman dict, if you know so, are so many forces out there, that are against you that, you’re going to have to have rhino skin to make it, you know you got to, you’ve got to be pretty tough and not, not not cave about the first time you have a casualty, i think this is like any athletic event it’s, if the guy that, go through the pain and the cramps the sacrifices, just to get to the finish line, and you have to realize that pain, that’s part of success, when I was a, begin entrepreneur, when I read a book about, do we talk about culture, what are you talking about cutting me payroll, Don’t talk to me about culture that doesn’t even, let that sounds so, abstract, right now it’s my company gross, culture is, extremely, important, well I think it’s everything, yeah I think culture is everything and if he looks out some of the greatest, brands of the world who know whether it’s four seasons, nordstrom’s, starbucks, hits, everett their success if you talk to us, cEOs has I have, it’s, all about culture, okay, and so cultures the glue that bonds the team together, and so, if you think about, let’s say you have a group of friends when you’re on the fashion, so you all like wear a nice suit, send you know Isaiah suits and Jimmy Choo shoes and everything, that becomes the culture of your friendship Ryan, so you’re not going to, have somebody come into that group who doesn’t admire those things, so that’s your culture, When you develop a culture in a company it’s about your values.
