A silly Jukes doodle cause I wanted to make a sticker of him.

One of these days I'll learn how to draw the other pirates, but not today lol. I'll be drawing Jukes forever.

In the original novel Bill Jukes is a "silent, tattooed man", so I decided to slowly add more tattoos to the "Peter Pan and the Pirates" design for the character as he gets older.

Tink is stealing his strawberries.

I love this cartoon.

I had a whole thing planned for this but I bailed out cause I don’t want to finish it. 🤷

I have this headcanon that Hook has one of the crew stay up on watch all night just in case the Pan decides to try something. This is Billy after a long night’s watch, drinking Neverland Coffee (tm) to get him through it all.

Throwback Thursday. Fox’s Peter Pan and the Pirates, circa 2010. Family portrait of Slightly and Wendy babysitting several of the Darling children. FYI: Slightly Darling: A young widower that works as a clarinet player for a local jazz club. He and his wife had no children before she died, so he adopted a young orphan infant that he believed was Billy Jukes reincarnated.

I based his outfit on Danny the Cat from WB's 1997 film, Cats Don't Dance. I figured that the two of them would have a lot in common. ~*~ Penelope Darling: First born daughter of Tootles Darling, a young man who had grown up to become a judge. She is only a few months old, but she has her father's love for food and is a plump little baby. ~*~ Wendy Darling-Porter: The mother of Jane Porter, wife to Professor Archimedes Q. Porter, and aunt to numerous nieces and nephews, Wendy is one of the first children's rights activist. She made it her life purpose to work in improve local orphanages and to find the children good homes. A certified teacher, she also volunteers at the local orphanages, teaching the children how to read and write. Was based her after Steven Spielberg's Wendy in Hook (1991) ~*~ William "Billy" Darling: Abandoned in an alley when only a few months old, William is the adopted son of Slightly Darling, who believed him to be the reincarnated soul of his old pirate friend, Billy Jukes. He loves his father and enjoys inventing things, and always seems to get into friendly quarrels with his cousin, Jane Porter.

A bright child, he hopes to one day become a famous inventor and to attend university. I made based his outfit colors on Slightly's lost boy outfit. ~*~ Issac Darling: The son of Curly Darling, a young doctor. Like his father, he loves to make his family and friends laugh. Sometimes his practical jokes get a little out of hand, but he would never purposely try to hurt anyone. He has, however, developed a healthy rivalry with his older cousin, Billy. Issac plans to become a world famous comedian when he is grown up, much like his childhood hero: Charlie Chaplin. ~*~ Jane Porter: Daughter of Wendy and Archimedes Porter. Like her mother, she is a dreamer that loves to tell stories of her own. Although she has picked up her mother's nurturing teaching skills, she has learned to be tough from growing up with nearly ten male cousins and eight uncles. She works to keep the Darling children safe and secure. After her adventure in Neverland, Jane grew passionate about finding the magic in the wildlife, plants and environment around her, though she never lost her love for flying. It was then she decided that she would grow up to study foreign lands with her father, such as Africa. *Hint Hint*

Realized I didn’t post the picture of the two designs together. 😅

If I’d known I was going to make both of them I probably would have done things differently, but that’s not how it worked out. Still happy with them though!
