Hey I’m really sorry if this is an inappropriate question, but is it possible to be a “sissy” and a trans ally? I’ve kinda id’d this way since I was like 14 (it feels really core to my sexual identity) but one of my friends who’s trans said it’s inherently transmisogynistic, and I didn’t say anything because nobody knows this about me and I didn’t want to “come out” then
im not an arbiter of anything but i think it definitely is possible to be an ally and a sisy. the whole progression/lineage/whatever of gender performance in america is all convoluted and complicated, but if u like to be a sissy and u earnestly care abt trans ppl thats all there is to that. also anon i dont wanna prescribe but like. if u r deeply attached to sisy stuff and also deeply invested in trans stuff..............maybe be even more adventurous w yr gender?? could be fun!
