I'm late to the BPJ release party, but you mmentioned some panels were touched up for the pdf?! I was wondering which ones because I couldn't tell while reading the pdf and I'm curious about how they look side by side! :3c

yeah, a lot of the early ones especially were fixed up because they were real crusty hahaha

lemme see if i can grab some examples..

so lots of big differences here.. and in the next one below, i even changed the entire shot since later on i reused vvvvvv this pose ‘cause i liked it so much haha

there were a lot of these larger changes, but also a tonnnn of small changes like text edits since i was using a much larger font size in the beginning. i also changed a couple dialog lines here and there.. it was quite the undertaking!!

Right so now that we know u do animation, and can come up with amazing stories, when can we start funding u to fix voltron with a season 9??????

we’ll start a kickstarted for me to 

1. Get a bionic arm so I can work at OPTIMAL EFFECIENCY and then

2. go bully dreamworks until they give me voltron’s copyright rights and THEN

3. i will rename vld to Lance: Legendary Lance and create the greatest season the fandom has ever seen

i’m not much of a writer, but it was an idea i was so excited about i haD to get it out somehow!!! making things even if you’re not the best at it is a very freeing experience and i highly recommend it!!!

Bina!! I’m trying to finish this piece for a friend but something’s off with Lance’s proportions and I can’t get it right! My art teacher suggests making his head bigger but I’m too proud of getting Lance’s facial features even remotely close to erase that and start over, I know his design is more on the slim and gangly but I think it’s too much! Also, elbows? What are those?!?? Can you offer any tips? Suggestions?? I don’t know how to fix this and you’re the only one I could think of to come to for help!!

hey!!! yeah i can try to help! just keep in mind I am still learning anatomy, so there’s a lot of stuff I still don’t know either! I’ll try to draw over your copy and see what I can figure out..

ok so i think the biggest thing is to lengthen his neck and give him some wider shoulders! i know exactly how you feel when you draw a really nice expression and don’t wanna change it.. and i love that lance expression a lot..!! it’s so… him🥰 

oh and his left arm might need to bend up a bit? that part gave me some trouble.. maybe tilting the hat down more? but yeah that face is TIGHTTTT i hope this helps you finish your drawing!!! and please show me if you do!!
