The best thing about needed a bipap to sleep (other than your brain not dying from lack of oxygen) is that you get to pull the blanket over your head and never feel stuffy or suffocated because you're wearing a breathing mask.

Sometimes when I've been stressed it helps to pull the blankets over my head when I go to bed and visualize that I'm no longer a person and just part of some element. Stress can't find me when I'm just sand on the beach!
