Absolutely! (Also sorry for the delay I was busy with school.)
It all really starts with his parents, they were a very sweet couple and were very happy to start a big family, they weren’t very rich but they had the money for “the finer things in life” (basically slightly above middle class).
His father (Carter Cobble) was a very nice man, very wise and always willing to learn more, not just knowledge but about other people which is what made him such a great man. he worked as a tailor for the more rich people which is how so much money was made.
Janet was a very sweet woman she came from England and visited his tailor shop everyday and they bonded quite well, she was a sweet woman and would’ve been a perfect mother.
Janet sadly died while giving birth to Wilburt which made Carter go into a deep depression and even moved to alcohol for a short while until he realized that Janet wouldn’t have wanted what he was doing, so he decided to raise Wilburt as best as he could keeping Janet on his mind everyday to cope with her loss and keep going strong.
When Wilburt moved away with his (before transitioning) former boyfriend, Mr Cobble lost business and his home, but he was still a happy man regardless of homelessness, he lives in a trailer on an abandoned farm and strolls through the nearby town helping people like he always has loved.
His father has always supported Wilburt, when Wilburt was 17 and started wearing mens clothing he would go out and get him more and even made the vest that Wilburt wears on special occasions.
Wilburt has a very good childhood and continues to live life with a smile just like his father.
