Literally just did 40 minutes of Cardio with no stopping! I kept my heart rate above 165 the whole time and not once did I feel tired! The worship I proclaimed from my mouth is now overflowing into my day! I'm so filled with POWER, VICTORY, & LIFE ! There is power and breakthrough in your worship, praise him!
