• Jack is proud of his body. He knows he’s got the body of Hercules and he’s Damn proud of it. It took a lot of work to get a body like his. He looks like he’s cut from marble.
• When he and his S/O are at a festival someone yells "DAAAAAAMN! That ass is THICC for a guy!" It goes straight to Jack’s already massive ego. He turns around to see who yelled but no one stands out.
• His S/O leans against him laughing. He blushes a bit, but ends up chuckling with his S/O.
Musashi-
• Musashi likes the traditional festivals. He accompanies his S/O of course. He enjoys spending time with them while also enjoying the festival in modern times.

Katsumi-
• It’s date night for him and his beloved S/O. It’s hot outside so he decides to borrow a pair of his S/O’s short shorts.
• He knows his ass is phat. He spends some time looking in the mirror at it. Also his S/O has always got their hands on his cheeks. “DAAAAAAMN! That ass is THICC for a guy!!” He instantly tenses up in surprise. His S/O and him bust out laughing.
• He walks with his but sticking out a little further from then on.
Especally Pickle. You know he’s a musty boy and is disgusting. His breath smells like ass. Like raw musty meat.. it’s disgusting and I feel bad for whoever kisses that good boy. He’s never brushed his teeth in his life.
I feel like Retsu is the best at keeping up his personal hygiene. He brushed his teeth 3 times a day. He carries around mint gum in his pocket. He’ll have a piece if he needs to freshen up his breath.
Jack takes good care of his teeth in general. He treats it like a weapon and is doing Maintenance on them. He flosses and makes sure his pearly whites are spotless. His his breath is tolerable. He does like chewing mint gum. And he does always use a toothpick after eating.
Oliva cleans his teeth but only for his love interest. He needs to be looking and smelling his absolute best. There is no second rate with him. He has to be at 100% for his beloved.
Kureha is pretty good at keeping his mouth clean. Like Retsu he keeps minty gum on him. His breath always smells fresh when he is in the hospital and is working with patients. If he is working in close quarters with someone he doesn’t want them to smell his coffee breath.
Hiiiii. I hope your doing well and staying healthy. I just wanted to get something out of my head before I forget. But I was wondering if Baki, Hanayama, Retsu, katsumi, Doppo, Doyle, Jack, Oliver, and anymore characters you would love to add. If there S/O was tragically killed or in a tragic accident that ended their life. How would the baki boys react to the news of it? And how would they break it to their 8 yr old daughter and 3 yr old son? I understand that this will be a lot to write, this is just something that was in my head for a while and I just really want you to take your time on it and have some time for yourself I'm a very patient person and wouldn't care it it was written next year. Baki-
• He is devastated at the news of his S/O’s death. He goes in to a deep dark place. Emotionally he his a wreck, physically he is in complete pain.
• When he first finds out he collapses onto his knees, arms limp at his sides, completely heartbroken. His heart is shattered. He’s still for a while, just processing the information. It doesn’t feel real.
• Breaking the news to his children is hard. How doesn’t know if he can do it. But he does. He holds his children in his arms as they cry together. He does his best to comfort them and be there for them.
• He does a lot of sobbing alone. It’s difficult being a single parent. He never forgets his S/O, it takes him a very long time to get over them. But eventually he’ll learn to live without his soulmate.
Hanayama-
• Hanayama’s first feeling is anger when he discovers his beloved is gone. His first instinct is fury, which then melts into complete sorrow.
• He’s not one to cry, he rarely sheds tears. But his heart is filled with pain. His grief consumes him. His chest feels like it’s on fire, his body feels heavy. It takes so much energy to do simple tasks.
• He breaks the news to his kids over dinner. He tries to let them receive the news as gently as possible. He’s not the most affectionate father, but he holds his kids for as long as need him to.
• After the death of his partner, Hanayama is not good as a single father. He can’t pick up both parenting duties. The loss of his partner is hard on him. There’s an empty felling in his chest.
Retsu-
• Finding out his spouse is now dead, Retsu feels numb. His whole body feels cold almost lukewarm. He feels like he doesn’t exist.
• His soulmate is gone forever. Now he has to walk this world without them by his side. The realization that he’ll never feel their touch, he’ll never hug or kiss them again, He’ll never get to hear their voice. He will never ever be in their presence again- its too much.
• He breaks down and collapses to the floor sobbing. He is completely broken. There is a cold empty feeling in his heart. He screams his hart out.
• He breaks the news gently to his children one by one. He holds them in his arms and cradles his babies. As a family they sit and cuddle on the floor, crying on each others shoulders.
• Retsu excels at picking up both parenting duties. He will raise them to be wonderful, just like his S/O would have done if they were here. I don’t think he will ever move on from the death of his soulmate. They are always in the back of his mind. He just hopes his soul will join theirs again in the next life.
Katsumi-
• Katsumi doesn’t believe the news he has received. He thinks it’s some sick prank. His lover is not dead. They can’t be. But the realization and fear creeps in. He realizes that they are gone.
• Katsumi sinks to the floor. His eyes are wide and his heart is beating fast. Slowly tears pick his eyes. He chokes out a sob. He feels lost. His chest feels congested and he feels like he’s going to throw up.
• Physically he feels sick. Emotionally he’s a wreck. At first he’s unable to even break the news to his children. But he gains composure to tell them. They deserve to know and they deserve to hear it from their father.
• He hugs his children and promises that everything will be okay. He makes an empty promise- he doesn’t know if everything will be okay. He doesn’t know if he is going to be okay.
• He does his best to pick up both parental duties, he struggles hard. Doppo and Natsue help him. Eventually he will overcome his greif and will be able to live life to the fullest again.
Doppo-
• The world stands still when he finds out his lover is gone forever. His whole body freezes. It doesn’t feel real, it doesn’t feel like this is actually happening.
• He sits down, slowly the world catches up with him. No tears fall, but a heavy sinking feeling fills his chest. Then emptiness. Nothing.
• He lets down his kids easy. Well he tires to with that kind of news. He has them sit by him as he breaks the news. He’s frozen as his children cry. He doesn’t know how to comfort them. He doesn’t even know how to comfort himself
• Doppo goes on a long journey, to heal or to find something to fill the void in his chest. Though with time... he uses his pain to make himself stronger.
Doyle-
• Cold and numb. That’s all he feels. All the feeling he once had has now disappeared forever. After the pain and grief, He feels nothing anymore.
• The world loses all its color, its empty, meaningless. He disassociates so easily. His partner is the one he shares his soul with. They are half of him, and now he has to walk this cold world without their warm touch or smile.
• He’s not the one who breaks the news to his children. He cannot raise them by himself, he can’t do it. He won’t be much of a dad. His children would most likely go to live with a family member to be raised.
• Doyle sinks back into the criminal underworld, where he spends the rest of his days till he can join his soulmate in the next life.
Jack-
• After the initial shock, and the processing that his lover is gone... he feels rage. His whole body is filled with complete unbridled rage. He’s angry as the world for taking away everything he cares about, he’s angry that every time he manages to find happiness it’s ripped away, he’s angry at whatever took his soulmate, and most importantly he’s mad at his S/O for leaving him.
• Like Doyle all the color drains from his world, everything is veiled in complete darkness.
• He pours everything he has to get stronger, to defeat Yujiro... then, he doesn’t know. All his future plans were melded with his S/O’s.
• He is most likely the one who can’t break the news to his children, he can’t do it, he can’t face them like this.
• He cannot father by himself, he can’t be there for his children. They go and live with someone who can care for them properly.
• Jack spirals downwards, his story does not get to have a happy ending.
Oliva-
• Oliva wears his heart in his sleeve, he gave his S/O everything he could possibly give. His heart was shattered, he feels as though his very heart died within that accident with his S/O.
• He spends a lot of time crying, he can’t seem to throw away anything that belonged to his S/O. Everything from old clothing that will never be worn again, to a candy bar they had half eaten the day before.
• His home become a museum of his dead lover... the only thing that brings him out of the darkness his his children. He has to be there for them.
• He tells them one by one, and holds them for as long as possible, as long as they need. He does his best to be the greatest dad there is, and raise his kids up to be the best they can be for his S/O.
