Robotfuckers across the world are generally not robot enthusiasts and a lot of posts imo don't go far enough into the interesting technical ramifications of robotic partners that are consenting to things like firmware updates, config files, and have been designed hardware wise with the intention of sex.
My biggest gripe is probably the way in which nobody like brings this sort of stuff up. "My robot gf" has BUILT in functionality for pleasure, not just for you but for herself. And if she doesn't, then the transhumanist aspect of it kicks in and you could write more about how you outfitted her for that. How you can perfectly make her suited to enjoy you and herself.
From the robot perspective, I feel incredibly similar. There's an amount of upkeep, maintenance, etc that would have to go into a robot like this, and we never get to really talk about the sweet loving nature of that. It's always "cross your wires", never "perform regular system updates" ya know? The way in which I could totally imagine lovingly wiring in my robot partner, running `pacman -Syu` and holding her hand while she updates her packages, reduced only to kernel processes meaning she can't use her vocal module but still talks to me with a hooked up binary to english translator, delaying the upgrade but I don't even care cause even a second without her is so sad. That stuff is SO absent in the robotphilia community and it Upsets me.
TLDR: too much humanoid sex in robotfucking, i want softer robotphilia scenes and harder robotfucker scenes that go deeper into the actual mechanics behind such a being
