So , I don't have access to bitters account anymore. I don't know why but none of my passwords are working.

But if I could, I would have him share with you some tips to handle quarantining as he has spent years in that lurkim (lerkim canonically, lurkim for bitters canon).

He'd tell you that he never expected to actually leave that place even though he hoped, but in spite of that, keeping routine helped him feel real, like he was still there. He stocked up on toothpaste and floss because that man would NEVER be caught letting his dental hygiene go.

He made his bed and kept a kettle going all day for tea and powdered hot chocolate.

He opened the ask blog to break away from the lonliness, and while at first he seemed like he didn't want anyone around, it was obviously to all that he did, desperately.

He tried to answer a few asks every day even if he wasn't feeling it, even if they were private, or at the very least contact a couple people. Depression, at times like these, can be the worst and that sometimes the lurkim truly resembled how he felt inside: alone, isolated, shrouded by clouds,

But the sun always did come, and he got through it, and he believes everyone else can and will too.

I wish so so much that I could have him answer some of your asks during this time and I am so very sorry that I cannot do that. I've tried for months to reaccess the account.

But I love you all, Bitter loves you all and to this day appreciates every single one of you.

Except maybe some of those sludge faces ... :P

It’s been years. Here I am, exposing myself as someone who was there during the Once-ler fandom days. I’ve grown so much since then, into a completely different person than who I was & I am proud of my progress. But as I look & really reflect on myself, & once again find myself involved with more Lorax-related media again, I am reminded of the things I did love during my time spent in the fandom back then.

& the one who always sticks out the most will be Bitter. With my reflection comes an understanding of the character that I didn’t quite have before. I can relate, & find comfort in his presence once more. He was always my favorite out of the lot, & the mod behind him was someone I considered a friend.

Thank you, for your character. He means more to me than I can ever truly express.
