The adventure in custom crafting a freaking BJD to look like Eddie munson on a sd 1/3 uncle sized body and a normal SD 1/3 body that are pretty close in height but the default bjd head is too small is driving me nuts.
I'm literally looking to purchase a commission for someone who can 3d design a set of realistic faces that I can go get 3d resin printed with proper BJD resin for my project and currently the lowest estimate I've gotten for just stl files being made (BTW nobody I've found is us based so the conversion is murder and depressing) is $200.00 for 4 heads with 4 different expressions and they aren't even that different of an expression from one another.
I had to cut out the 5th head given it's "too time consuming to create."
I'm not even asking a person to build and print this thing for me the other 3 people I talked to (non us) wanted $600.00 down to $475.00 and they would print the heads but not sell me the stl file to print my own... none of which makes sense given that's wack and I definitely need a boat load of heads I just wanted a few expressions to print off for them as well 🫠
I need help.
