In my first playthrough during the quest that I was helping Marcus test some Maliwan guns, I noticed afterward that my pistol ammo count was lower than when I started. In hindsight it’s obvious because of how the game works, but at the time I saw it as another sign of just how cheap Marcus was: Making me pay for my own bullets when I was helping him test out his guns.

Y'all remember when you finish the first mission in borderlands 2? I feel like that was meant to foreshadow the battle with bloodwing. Just saying.

The ending of the mission “Rising Action” where Angel says “We aren’t friends anymore, are we?” That breaks my heart every time. She just sounds so sad and lonely and I think it’s this point where she decides that having the vault hunters kill her is the only choice she has left. This is the point where she gives up on ever finding someone who wants her around and it kills me to think that.

I accidentally called the hyperion hotline in the side mission ‘kill yourself’ in BL2 and I’m still mad at myself because I was actually going to do it just for kicks.

I love the Pre-Sequel but whenever I get to the Serenity quests, I have to stop because the ending of the quest just breaks my heart.

Claptrap’s birthday makes me super emotional because when I was a kid I invited everyone in both first grade classes and all my extended family to my pool party and me and my mom were the only people who came.

One time I was hanging out with my buddies and I tried to use Scooter’s poem as a pick-up line just for a few laughs.

I may still be single, but at least now I know how much mace hurts.

Whenever I hear Harchek flip out and yell “BRING ME MY GODDAMNED CRYSTALS!” during the mission “Perfectly Peaceful”, I can’t help but think of Dr. Neo Cortex from Crash Bandicoot.
