I often notice in the rabbit community pet owners are confused about this colour. It is call pointed white, californian or himalayan depending on the breed of the rabbit. Californian and Himalayan are both rabbit breeds, however a rabbit can have that colouration without being crossed with either. This doe is called “Black Himalayan” but her breed is Netherland Dwarf. Sometimes a colour has the same name as a breed (such as Harlequin), but that doesn’t necessarily mean the rabbit is closely related to that breed at all.
