I went to a show on Saturday, and the first band’s drummer had a bit (is that what it’s called I do not know) where he took a big sip of water and then spat it in the air with gusto and with the beat of the music (why am I describing this so terribly).
It looked cool but now I’m wondering, did he practice that at home? Or with the band during normal practice?
"Hey Brett can you quit it, it’s getting the floor wet and that water is for everyone."
"Nah wait I got it this time."
"That’s another thing; you’ve been doing this for 4 months now and you’ve barely improved. Do you know how much water you’re wasting? Plus this is the third drum set we’ve gone through."
"Nah it’s gonna be rad."
