After a year and losing 20+ lbs (which I did t have a lot to lose to start with lol), gaining a little over 4% muscle mass, and losing about 30% body fat... I'm starting to really love how my body looks.

HIV shouldn’t stand in the way (Of Greatness)
Frantiearro aka Frank (right) says that Being apart of a brotherhood is adopting the mindset that "I'm not going nowhere, so your going to have to deal with me for the rest of your life" (but not in a bad way). Brotherhood allows him to hear others stories and from those stories he finds connection, value, love and understanding. Brotherhood has allowed him to find connection to HIV in his community and learn about how his story connects to the larger picture of the Black Gay community. I am now thinking about starting #PREP and from my brothers I become educated on the pros and cons. I can find my way to access it and how to date, love and support someone (especially, another black gay men) who is HIV positive. This includes one his closest friends, Shaquille aka Shaq (left). Shaq says that as a HIV positive #blackgayguy "[brotherhood] supports me by keeping me strong. When I feel like I want to give up i look forward to the support of my brothers to keep me pushing an know that my life is VALUABLE.
